Microwave Oven (Recommended)
1. Place individual bag in the center of microwave cavity.
2. Heat on high power for 1 min. 45 sec. to 2 min.
3. Remove from microwave and knead cooked egg in bag to break up the structure.
4. Turn bag over, return product to microwave, and heat for 45 to 60 seconds
Convection Oven
Preheat oven to 325°F. Knead cooked egg in bag to break up the structure. Empty the contents of one bag into a halfsize steamer pan; cover the pan with aluminium foil. Heat until the center temperature of the product reaches 170°F (approx. 25 minutes).
Pressureless Steamer
Preheat the steamer. Place individual bags in half-size steamer pan; do not cover. Heat until product temperature reaches 170°F (approx. 6-7 minutes). Knead the bag to break up the structure before serving.
Steam Table
Not recommended for heating method. May be used for holding. Empty hot scrambled eggs in a steamtable pan. Set temperature at medium. Hold for 1 to 2 hours.
Water Rethermalizer
Preheat the rethermalizer until the water temperature reaches 180°F to 190°F. Place individual bags into water tank, 1 bag to each compartment. Heat until product temperature reaches 170°F (approx. 20 minutes). Knead the bag to break up the structure before serving.
