Liquid whole egg, Cheeses (mozzarella and cheddar [pasteurized milk, modified milk ingredients, salt, bacterial culture, calcium chloride, microbial enzyme, annatto]), Potatoes (potatoes, sea salt, sugar [dextrose], sodium phosphate), Red peppers, Cream (milk, cream, sodium citrate, sodium phosphate, carrageenan, mono and diglycerides), Mushrooms, Fully cooked smoked flavoured bacon pieces, Caramelized onions (onions, rapeseed oil), Modified corn starch, Spices, Salt.

Cooking Instructions for one quiche: Cook to minimum internal temperature of 74°C (165°F).
Time and temperatures may vary by appliance. Adjust heating time accordingly. Be careful as plate and content may be hot when removed from oven.

Conventional oven:
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Place on an oven safe cooking sheet.
From frozen, heat for 30 minutes.

Microwave oven: (1200 W):
Microwave on high for 90 seconds or until hot.
Remove from microwave and let stand for 30 seconds.
