Convection oven:
Heat oven to 250°F.
Place single layer of omelettes in full-Size steamer pan sprayed with no-stick cooking spray; do not cover.
Thawed: 13-16 minutes Frozen: 19-22 minutes
Conventional oven:
Heat oven to 350°F. Place single layer of omelettes in full-Size steamer pan sprayed with no-stick cooking spray; cover pan tightly with foil.
Thawed: 23-28 minutes Frozen: 35-40 minutes
Griddle:
Heat griddle to 300°F. Place omelette on griddle.
Turn over half way through cooking time.
Thawed: 7-10 minutes Frozen: 13-16 minutes
Microwave oven: (1200 W):
Place 1 omelette in ungreased microwaveable dish. Cover with plastic wrap and
vent. Heat at full power.
Thawed: 35-45 seconds Frozen: 80-90 seconds
Pressureless Steamer:
Place single layer of omelettes in an ungreased full-Size steamer pan; do not cover.
Thawed: 8 minutes Frozen: 13 minutes
Steam table:
Place full load of heated omelettes in a steam table pan. Set temperature at medium. Hold up to 1 hour maximum.
