Cooking Instructions for one quiche: Cook to minimum internal temperature of 74°C (165°F).
Time and temperatures may vary by appliance. Adjust heating time accordingly. Be careful as plate and content may be hot when removed from oven.

Conventional oven:
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Place on an oven safe cooking sheet.
From frozen, heat for 30 minutes.

Microwave oven: (1200 W):
Microwave on high for 90 seconds or until hot.
Remove from microwave and let stand for 30 seconds.
